In Ukraine the number of children with autism increases by 30% annually but the state practically doesn’t help families with special kids. More than 20 thousand children suffer from cerebral palsy but just a few hospitals can offer them help. There are other developmental disabilities, cancer, diabetes, etc. Not every family can afford the proper treatment but there is an alternative way of rehabilitation. Hippotherapy is based on psychosensory effects that a rider experiences communicating with a horse. A child mounts an animal and starts to feel it breathing, moving, living. The film is about the need to struggle and gain inner freedom.
