Alyona finds fulfillment of her aspirations for a better life abroad in a relationship with Thomas. Overwhelmed by a growing feeling of insecurity and low self-esteem she perceives her social standing as an obstacle. However, she is not the only one who keeps a secret and lives a double life.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Sasha Stelchenko
Sasha Stelchenko is in the 3rd year of film directing at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU), a class of Bohdan Sláma and Jasmína Blaževič. He previously obtained a BA degree in visual and cultural studies in Vilnius and a degree in English Language in Minsk, his hometown. Nominee for the Best Student Film at the Czech Film Academy.
