Prize of the President of the Republic of Belarus (instituted by Alexander Lukashenko) “For Humanism and Spirituality in the Cinema" – Huang Huang (China).

Special Prize of the Minsk City Executive Committee – "Father", directors Kristina Grozeva and Petar Valchanov (Bulgaria, Greece).

The Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States has been presenting a special prize "Cinema without Borders"  "Kerosene", director Yusup Razykov (Russia).

Prize of the Representative Office of Interstate Tele-Radio Company "MIR" in Belarus – director Victor Asliuk (Belarus) for the film “Patrol”.
