24th MIFF “LISTAPAD” CALLS FOR APPLICATIONS

Become a participant of the 24th Minsk International Film Festival “Listapad”!

24th MIFF “Listapad” that will be held on November 3-10, 2017 calls for applications. The films can be submitted for participation in one of the six competition programmes:

  • Main Feature Film Competition;
  • Feature Film Competition “Youth on the March”;
  • Main Documentary Film Competition;
  • National Film Schools Competition;
  • Children and Youth Film Competition “Listapadzik”;
  • National Competition.

Full-length films produced in the last year and a half are eligible for participation in the competition programmes. Please, note that short films can only participate in the National Competition and National Film Schools Competition.

The deadline for submitting a film is September 3, 2017.

Minsk International Film Festival "Listapad" - is the most prestigious film event in Belarus. The Festival is held annually in November. It is accredited by FIAPF as Competitive Specialized Film Festival for Films produced in Baltic and Central-Asian countries, Central and Eastern Europe and Russia.

MIFF “Listapad” is more than 150 films from more than 45 countries, more than 200 screenings at 5 venues annually. Q&A between audience and the authors of the film follows most of the screenings. The main programme is accompanied by workshops and retrospectives. 40 000 viewers and more than 100 special guests from film industry visit the Festival annually.

Founders of the Festival are Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus and Minsk City executive committee.
