The most piquant films of “Listapad” will be screened at night
Within “Listapad” the audience will have a chance to watch motion pictures, in which mysteries, horror and passion of “low” genres are just a starting point for masterful authorial reflection on the human nature full of conflicts and paradoxes, on a night-time big screen. We present you the most poignant and piquant Out of Competition section the “Color of the Night” of the 25th Minsk International Film Festival.
Alongside with the films by Lars von Trier, Paolo Sorrentino, and Claire Denis, the classics of the modern cinematography, works by little-known authors from South Africa and France, working at the intersection of popular and independent films, will be shown. Claustrophobia in space, dedication to Hitchcock, “dolce vita” of the greats, love that defeats sex, crimes and punishments, night crinkles and shadows will ascend the throne of the festival screens during the night hours.
Films of the “Color of the Night” section will be screened in the Moskva, Tsentralny cinemas, and Falcon Club Cinema Boutique.
