Surreal tragicomedy. A series of odd coincidences has left Lukas, an interpreter for a military checkpoint inspection tour, stranded near a remote village in the south Ukrainian steppe. With nowhere to turn, this city boy finds shelter at the home of a colorful local named Vova. With Vova as his guide, Lukas is confronted by an anarchist universe beyond his imagination, a world in which life seems utterly detached from any identifiable structure. Fascinated by his host and his host's daughter Marushka, Lukas’s contempt for provincial life slowly melts away and sets him on a quest for a happiness he never knew could exist.

Egor is willing to take on any job to get closer to the facility’s owner and his near and dear. He wants the impossible – to become a member of that family.

Warsaw, November 2013. Marky collects his mum from a cottage on an allotment in the outskirts of Warsaw where she’s been living. It’s too cold to stay there so they head for the city, taking with them mum’s companion – a stray dog called Mate. They lost their flat in the city centre because of the city hall’s brutal housing policies. Then mother even loses her place in the homeless shelter because Mate isn’t allowed there. She chooses to remain homeless rather than lose her beloved pet. To her son’s astonishment, Mum ends up moving into a squat. Meantime a huge nationalist demonstration begins in the city…

A young artist Mariana Marin is planning to reconstruct a historical event from 1941, during which the Romanian Administration through the Romanian Army carried out an ethnic massacre on the Eastern Front. Thе film ingeniously updates Hannah Arendt’s incisive work on the banality of evil. Employing an uncompromising narrative form à la Godard, it demonstrates that committing brutal acts is not the only path to barbarism, for even a mere stunted conscience is enough to lead a person to it.

Yuli is the nickname given to Carlos Acosta by his father Pedro. From a young age, Yuli fled any kind of discipline and education; the streets of a run-down neighborhood in Havana was where he learned most of his schooling. But Pedro knows his son has natural talent and forces him to attend Cuba’s National Dance School. Against his will and despite his initial indiscipline, Yuli ends up being captivated by the world of dance, and from childhood he will begin to forge his own legend, as one of the best dancers of his generation, often breaking tabus and becoming the frst black artist to dance Romeo in the Royal Ballet in London.
